CLIENT AGREEMENT
Business Name: GenZen Healing Hub
Owner & Practitioner: Catherine McMahon (Hypnotherapist)
Delivery: Online via private video call
This Client Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all clients who purchase and participate in Bespoke 1:1 Essence of You Support Packages offered by GenZen Healing Hub. By purchasing any package or session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
GenZen Healing Hub provides personalised 1:1 support sessions incorporating hypnotherapy and integrative, holistic support approaches.
Catherine McMahon is not a medical professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider. No part of the services offered through GenZen Healing Hub is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition.
The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care in any capacity. Information shared during sessions, voice messenger support, or written resources is for educational and supportive purposes only.
Clients are strongly advised to seek guidance from a qualified medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare professional regarding any physical health concerns, mental health conditions, medications, or treatment decisions before undertaking support sessions and to continue appropriate professional care alongside these services where needed.
If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, are currently under psychiatric care, taking prescribed medication, or experiencing symptoms that may require clinical support, it is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider to determine whether these sessions are appropriate for you.
2. EMERGENCY, CRISIS & MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Catherine McMahon and GenZen Healing Hub do not provide crisis intervention, emergency support, or acute mental health care.
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, or feel that you may be a danger to yourself or others, these services are not appropriate at that time.
Clients are encouraged to seek immediate assistance from appropriate emergency or crisis services. In Australia, this includes contacting:

- Emergency Services: 000
If you are located outside Australia, please contact your local emergency number or a recognised crisis support service in your country.
By engaging in services with Catherine McMahon and GenZen Healing Hub, you acknowledge that you understand the scope and limitations of this support and agree to seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance when required.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & READINESS
By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that:
- You are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after sessions.
- You understand that outcomes vary and that personal growth and change require active participation and self-reflection.
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Private 1:1 sessions are best suited for individuals who feel ready to explore their inner world, engage honestly with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
GenZen Healing Hub does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18. By purchasing a session or package, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
4. PACKAGES & SESSION INCLUSIONS
Reset & Reconnect Support Session
- One (1) x 90-minute 1:1 support session
- Investment: $250 AUD
Realign & Rediscover Support Package
- Three (3) x 90-minute 1:1 support sessions
- Four (4) weeks of voice messenger support
- Investment: $750 AUD (valued at $1,150 AUD)
Total Evolve & Embody Support Package
- Six (6) x 90-minute 1:1 support sessions
- Extended voice messenger support for the duration of the package + 2 week (8 weeks)
- Tailored resources as deemed appropriate
- Investment: $1,900 AUD (valued at $2,500 AUD)
All sessions are delivered online via private video call.
5. SESSION SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
Sessions are available:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
9:00–10:30am and 2:00–3:30pm - Monday evening: 6:00–7:30pm
All times are Sydney, Australia (AEST).
Once your package is purchased, you will receive an email with a calendar link to book your sessions.
Sessions must be booked and used within a reasonable timeframe appropriate to the package purchased.
6. VOICE MESSENGER SUPPORT
Where included, voice messenger support is available:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm AEST
- Responses are provided within 24 business hours
Voice messenger support is intended for brief check-ins, integration support, and emotional processing between sessions. It is not crisis support and does not replace professional emergency or mental health services.
7. RESCHEDULING SESSIONS
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Missed sessions without notice are considered used.
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session to respect scheduling boundaries.
8. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are governed by the GenZen Healing Hub Support Sessions Refund Policy, available on the GenZen Healing Hub website.
By purchasing a package or session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this refund policy.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All sessions and communications are treated as confidential and handled with care.
Confidentiality may be broken only if:
- There is a risk of serious harm to you or others
- Disclosure is required by law
Voice messages and written communications may be stored securely for continuity of care.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR SESSIONS
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring a stable internet connection
- Using a private, quiet space during sessions
Catherine McMahon and GenZen Healing Hub are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside its control.
11. NO GUARANTEES
While every effort is made to provide supportive, high-quality sessions, results cannot be guaranteed. Personal growth and transformation are individual processes influenced by many factors.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenZen Healing Hub and Catherine McMahon are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in sessions or use of services.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
14. AGREEMENT & CONSENT
By purchasing and participating in any GenZen Healing Hub 1:1 support package, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Client Agreement
- You agree to all terms and conditions outlined above
- You consent to participate in services offered by GenZen Healing Hub
