AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity and GenZen Healing Hub, concerning your access to and use of the website https://genzenhealinghub.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

We accept payments through Payhip. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis.

FREE TRIAL

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.

CANCELLATION

All users can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Since our products are digital downloads and consultation services, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include:

MOBILE APPLICATION LICENCE

If you access the Services via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you.
